The Internet Business Coordinator plays an integral role within the operations of the company.
The main function of the Internet Business Coordinator is to communicate with prospective customers online, providing relevant information, and scheduling customer appointments.
Our ideal candidate is professional, works well both individually and as part of team, and has prior experience in some customer service related role.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing online customer contacts received into company's customer management system.
Providing online customers with information they are requesting.
Providing prompt and professional contact to all online customers.
Maintaining ongoing contact with customers while they research.
Tracking of key performance indicators Scheduling of sales appointments and ensuring proper entry into company management systems.
Maintaining response rates and other measurable data consistent to company standards.
Remaining up-to-date on product knowledge Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
