- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
