Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Assist with cash register operations and handle financial transactions - Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve department goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in shift management and scheduling is preferred - Knowledge of assistant manager duties and responsibilities is a plus - Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions - Excellent team management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others - Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to make decisions and resolve conflicts Job Type:
