We have 1 full time position available.
We also have opportunities for part time positions.
Full time benefits include:
a base salary low monthly minimum hours opportunities for bonus pay after meeting monthly minimum hours health benefits flexible schedule Location:
Philadelphia, PA and surrounding area Each BCBA will be assigned a caseload of clients in which they are responsible for direct supervision.
BCBA's will complete assessments, reassessments, supervision of BTs and RBTs, and caregiver training.
Each BCBA will also be assigned a group of RBT/BHTs for whom they will provide RBT/BHT supervision and quarterly meetings.
Other opportunities include being a mentor for the BCBA trainee program for individuals working towards their BCBA certification.

Behavior Health Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Education, Training, and
Experience:
Must hold a BCBA certification as well as a PA Behavior Specialist License Must be certified to provide supervision A minimum of 3 years in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
A minimum of 1 of those years must be as a BCBA supervising programs.
Knowledge of:
Appropriate behavioral intervention strategies Learning theories and instructional methods Ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions Developmental processes of children, adolescents, and adults Interpersonal skills needed to manage crisis situation Technology, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling Other Requirements:
